We understand that Member’s circumstances can change during the duration of their loan. If our Members cannot meet their repayments we would always recommend that they speak to our dedicated Credit Control Team. You can contact them by any one of the following methods:

Our Credit Control team may be able to assist our Members by looking at their accounts and assessing what can be done to help the Member. This could be things such as completing income and expenditure forms to assess affordability towards repayments. We must make our Members aware that with some help we may offer there could be consequences to their accounts but these would have to be reviewed and discussed with the Members as we take into account their individual circumstances.
Here at CCU we will always try and assist our Members in house first, should we be unable to assist our Members in house we always signpost them onto free organisations that can help.
