If you decide you wish to close your credit union account there are a number of ways this can be done:

Visiting the office – you will be asked security details to access your account and you will be asked to complete an Account closure form.

Calling us – You can call us and ask for your account to be closed your account, again you will be asked some security questions to access your account and to confirm the last 4 digits of the bank account you wish for the funds to be sent to.

Online accounts - If you have online access to your account you will need to contact us to close the account. Please email info@cambriancu.com with your member details and confirming the last 4 digits of the bank account that you want the funds sending to. We can then arrange closure of the account and transfer of funds.
